How I work

My task as a coach is to help you find expression for your talents and aspirations, to achieve the results you deeply care about.
To be able to help you, I need to get to know you as a person, to understand where you are going in life and what is most important to you.

I'll share your vision with you, and it will become clearer and more vivid with the progress of coaching. I will also try to look beyond your vision to help you fully express who you are.

Once we have clarity where we're going, I'll accompany you. Rather than leading you by the hand, I will ask the right questions. Those questions will make it increasingly clear where you want to go and how to get there.

The result of coaching is broader perspective, greater clarity as to your situation and the opportunities it presents, greater self-awareness and better understanding of other people.

On the other hand, you will develop specific skills, necessary for making your vision come true. Awareness and skills are two sides of the coin called life effectiveness. Integral Coaching develops both aspects in parallel

Coaching can help you develop different kinds of skills - from dealing with specific situations, through making better use of your strengths, to the more general ways of taking care of yourself and developing your resources. Your resources - physical, mental and spiritual - are the source of energy that moves you.

In our partnership, I am supported by the methodology of Integral Coaching®. This methodology and carefully designed process ensure that coaching proceeds from the beginning to the end in the most effective and fruitful way.

At the same time, I am supported by the wisdom of International Coach Federation community, and I am bound by the best practices and the Code of Ethics of this organization.
